This is a full sim design by demand of clients they had 2 houses wanted a beach and road to go around with their cars all around the sim. They also wanted their houses on hills they got everything they asked for and are very happy about their new home.
Parking lot by the beach so they can park their cars and go down to the beach.
The beach part has wonderfull waterfalls, such a relaxing sound to hear with amazing shore lines and waves.
On the sim they also wanted a part with a pound and gazebo to enjoy with their friends to just sit down and chill.
A great addition to this sim is the windmill who look amazing on the sim.
This is a part of the road with wonderfull trees creating a bridge over the road.
One if the owners house on a hill surrounded by rock and trees for an amazing view on the entire sim.
This house is a barn style and pretty spacy.
Another part of the sim with some reefs with this amazing surround sim looks so amazing and clients demands all answered and happy!
